Tara Hathaway


As a former basketball player and sprinter in track, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. After getting married and having, my health fell to the wayside. It was in 2010, that I knew that I needed to make a change to improve my health. I began walking, which turned to running again, which then turned into HIIT Training and kickboxing.

Already in college and finishing my degree in Health Science, I knew that leading others to a healthy lifestyle was something that I wanted to continue doing. I worked in the medical field for 6 years before fully transferring into the health, wellness, and fitness world. I wanted to work on the preventive side of medicine, and I truly enjoy watching clients reach their goals!

I have been a personal trainer, fitness coach, and health coach since 2015 and haven’t looked back! I have coached at Orangetheory Fitness, taught spin at Cyclebar and have been coaching at F45 Training since 2022.
My goal is to have each client feeling strong, powerful, and confident! I tend to specialize in women’s functional training, compound movements, and bursts of HIIT exercises that will torch calories and fat!

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my three adult kiddos, going to concerts with my amazing husband, and spending time with our three dogs!
Winter is NOT my favorite season, but you can find me outdoors and at the pool in the summer.
