A big part of my passion for training comes from the benefits I’ve seen in my own personal life, and I want to share that experience with as many people as I can.
I believe in the big three aspects of Health & Wellness: Mental, Physical and Spiritual health. I have found Physical health to be the bridge between Mental and Spiritual health. The more we learn about our bodies and do what’s right for it on a daily basis, the more we’ll start to love and appreciate ourselves each day.

We are all on a self-discovery journey and my mission is to help you find your most authentic self. There is so much to learn about our bodies and its capabilities, i.e., our own anatomy, our strength and weaknesses, our imbalances and compensations etc.

I am here to assist you on your self-discovery journey and I love to apply all the knowledge and experience I’ve acquired over the years to help develop a wellness routine and lifestyle for you, while adapting it to your own personal needs.
