Victoria Evans
I gained an understanding and passion for strength training when I was in college. I initially started working out to become the smallest
version of myself, but quickly learned that I thoroughly enjoyed getting stronger in my lifts. I replaced my thought of losing weight,
with gaining muscle. This hasn’t only shaped my physical fitness, but my mental health & self image as well.
I want this for other people - specifically for other women. I want to see a weight room full of strong women that want to be stronger,
better and tougher. I want to change the mindset from losing to growing.
I provide the tools necessary to help women gain confidence in the gym, whether they have a goal to PR on a lift, or learn what it
means to “tone up.” With my background as an athlete, years working in the fitness industry and constant will to learn, I am here to
help you find your strength.
