I love to see my clients achieve their wellness goals and try to do my very best to help them achieve them! I tailor programs to meet
the client’s needs but I mainly like to focus on functional training that involves a lot of compound and core movements. I am very
versatile and love to be very creative with my workouts!
I have been a personal trainer for 6 years. I started training after graduating from Indiana University in 2011 with my bachelors in
social and behavioral sciences. I worked as a wellness coordinator for corporate offices for 3 years and believe wellness is so much
more then exercise. In this position I learned to take a health coach approach to wellness and I am always there to help clients outside
of the gym. When I am not in the gym I enjoy playing golf and tennis. Hanging out with Family and Friends
