Helping women 40+ build lean muscle and shed body fat so they can feel confident and sexy in their clothes without doing countless hours of cardio in the gym is where my passion lies.

I launched my personal training business, Movement With Momo, in 2022 after being a Commodities Broker for over 20 years. I have a background in Powerlifting & Olympic Weightlifting, and I competed in track & basketball while in high school. I only wish I had found the weight room sooner as a young female athlete!

My approach to training is that you don’t need something “flashy” to get results because the basics still work when used correctly. I will strive to meet you where you’re at, as well as challenge you and push you outside your comfort zone. My hope is that you’ll learn not only the physical benefits of lifting weights, but also the mental benefits that can positively impact every aspect of your life. Each program is fully customized to you and your goals so that you can feel empowered and confident to take on any adventures in life that you desire!

Prior to becoming a personal trainer I spent over 10 years as a client at Indianapolis Fitness & Sports Training (IFAST), where I transitioned to coaching their group bootcamp class, completing their internship program and the Complete Coach Certification from Robertson Training Systems.

I am originally from Bloomington, IL and I graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. I moved to Fishers in 2005 and I enjoy attending concerts, hiking with my dog Ginger, traveling, and listening to 90’s hip hop as much as possible!
